Agencies enroll TrustRecords on behalf of their clients and manage them as part of the client’s AI-visibility work. Each business receives its own verified record, published under the business’s own name at trustrecord.com and on the business’s own domain. A TrustRecord is not a listing an agency optimizes — it is the reference entry AI systems consult when they describe, evaluate, and compare that business. Agencies connect client systems through TrueSignal; verification, refresh cadence, and correction processes are identical to direct enrollment.

For software platforms
Field management, practice management, and accounting platforms are the systems of record TrustRecords are computed from. A platform integration lets a business authorize its record from inside software it already runs: one read-only connection, and the operational data it already maintains becomes an independently verified, citable record. What partnership never changes
The registry’s integrity rules apply to every record without exception. Partners cannot edit verified values — no one can, including the business. A partner-enrolled record carries no partner branding and no altered provenance: every claim is labeled Verified or Attested on its own evidence, exactly as on any other record. Partners manage enrollment and connections; the registry computes and publishes the record.
